SECTION E: REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

CSS is a new company which strives to provide quality products and customer services while maintaining low overhead cost, to ensure competitive cost for our products. It is your (the consumer) sole responsibility to ensure the items purchase meet their needs and standards prior to purchasing. ALL items purchase via CSS website are considered final sale, and therefore, not refund or returnable items/purchases. The purchasers understands that once purchased, unless there is a provable production flaw, they are not entitled to a refund or that CSS will replace their purchase. Should CSS determine an item should be replaced (after acceptable communication with the consumer), the consumer will be responsible for the cost to return the item to CSS. CSS will in turn agree to replace (not refund) the same item and ship to the consumer at no additional cost (this excludes any custom orders).

The consumer agrees and understands, that once a custom orders has been approved by the consumer, none of those custom items are returnable, replaceable or refundable under any circumstances.

CSS may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these T&C.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right.
